The French country stated on Monday it can acquire more
shares in Alstom if it so wished from Bouygues after reaching a deal with the
French creation group.
It stated the settlement with Bouygues allowed the nation to
workout its vote casting rights equal to twenty percentage of Alstom's share
capital.
"The nation can have a sequence of alternatives
allowing it to shop for, if it wishes, the stocks certainly lent by
Bouygues," the French economic system ministry said in a declaration.
